I graduated from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY with my Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2016. I have spent the past 4 years working in Sub-Acute, Long term-care and Assisted Living at various skilled nursing facilities in New Jersey. I have treated a variety of patients with health issues ranging from cardiopulmonary, cardiac, stroke, orthopedic injuries, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and more. In addition to that, I have an extensive work history (5+ years) in mental health. I’m a firm believer in the mind-body connection, and utilizing a holistic approach when working with individuals. I have completed several continuing education courses relating to stroke rehabilitation, and I am actively working towards attaining my goal of becoming a Certified Stroke Rehab Specialist.
I am very passionate about fitness, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I have a 9 month old baby boy, so I usually spend my time with him when I’m not working. I like to spend my free-time doing outdoor activities and travelling.
